Created in 1947 and located in Melbourne, Fl, Regency made its mark with the first portable transistor radio. With that success, the company decided to break into the land mobile radio industry and has also made its mark as a key figure in manufacturing and is known today as Regency Electronics Land Mobile, or RELM. We are proud to provide radios for our countries heroes.

 

RELM Wireless Corporation designs and manufactures two brands of land mobile radio, RELM and BK.

Our RELM line caters to the Business and Industrial market, providing radios for all industries, including hospitality, railroad, post office, airlines, security agencies, and much more. The RELM two-way products are considered low-to-mid tier portables and are offered at reasonable cost.

 

The BK, or Bendix King, two-way communication line offers high tier portables to security and government agencies. These radios are high quality and are considered the top of the industry when it comes to reliable, durable, and safe communications.
